LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO) -- The FBI is asking for the public's help in finding an armed bank robber nicknamed the "Ex-President Bandit." He wears a Richard Nixon mask, and has robbed four Encino banks since November. The latest heist was January 22nd at a Bank of the West branch.
He threatens tellers and customers with a handgun while issuing orders to give him cash. He's described as black, about 40, with medium build, and in his latest robbery he wore a green jumpsuit, gray gloves and a white bandanna.
