(KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO) - Declaring war on the Valley. That's what one homeowner activist accuses the City of LA of doing by cutting the City Council's monthly meeting at Van Nuys City Hall. The meeting this Friday in Van Nuys will be the last of the fiscal year. The city says it's cutting the meetings to save costs. Critics say the city council is turning its back on a huge part of the city. The city charter requires the city council to hold some meetings outside of city hall throughout the year.
