LOS ANGELES (CBS) ―The following homes have been evacuated:
-- Nine homes in the Big Tujunga Canyon and Haines Canyon areas;
-- Residents of 13 other homes will be advised to be prepared to evacuate should conditions warrant.
Evacuation Center:
Residents/Small pets may go to:
Sunland Tujunga Recreation Center,
8651 Foothill Boulevard
Large animals may be taken to:
Pierce College, 6201 Winnetka Ave., Woodland Hills.
School Closures:
The following schools will be closed due Monday:
-- Bear Valley Unified School District - all schools
-- Rim of the World Unified School District - all schools
Road Closures:
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works closed public access to all County roads within the Station Fire burn area as of 5 p.m. Sunday. The following roads will be closed to all traffic except emergency vehicles and DPW personnel:
-- Angeles Forest Highway
-- Big Tujunga Canyon Road
-- Upper Big Tujunga Canyon Road
