LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO) -- Los Angeles City Councilwoman Janice Hahn has proposed a tax on the sales of medical marijuana. And council-members Dennis Zine and Bill Rosendahl think it's a good idea.
Hahn says the city has to be creative in this time of tight money.
