ANAHEIM (CBS) -- A man was killed early Thursday in an apparent hit-and-run accident Anaheim Police said.
The accident occurred near Ball Road and Coventry just before 3 a.m.
The victim's name has not been released pending family notification.
He was declared dead at the scene, Sgt. Darrin Lee said.
"We have not ruled out other forms of homicide, but based on where his body was laying and his belongings strewn across the roadway, he appears to have been hit by a vehicle," Lee said.
