"Unfotunately we (USA) didn't learn from history and, like it or not, we seem to be in another Vietnam. As a USAF Vietnam Vet i see similarities. Our troops are now in a 'police action' , just as Vietnam was described at the time (not a 'war' as per the pentagon). In both places we fought with one political arm tied behind our back."
