LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO) -- An Anaheim Hills doctor has been put on probation for seven years for choking his psychiatrist. The California medical board also ordered Kaiser Permanente neurologist Brendan Mull to get MORE psychological counseling, and stop drinking alcohol.
Court documents say Dr. Mull, who was seeing a psychiatrist because of fears he was suicidal, grabbed and choked her when she suggested he think about hospitalizing himself. The psychiatrist is OK.
