OROVILLE (AP)  -- There's been a delay in surrounding those wildfires near Lake Oroville and Yosemite National Park.

CAL FIRE SAFETY TIPS

Fire bosses had expected to contain the blazes yesterday, but they needed another 24 hours and they are expecting them to be surrounded today.

The fire near Lake Oroville destroyed a mobile home and damaged a barn during the weekend. The Yosemite blaze has burned 53 square miles and has destroyed 21 homes.

Another wildfire is now burning in the Mammoth Lakes area. No structures are threatened.
