LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO)  -- A great white shark has been spotted lurking just a couple miles out in the ocean, off Dana Point, in Orange County. The captain of a whale watching boat saw it Sunday afternoon. A marine biologist on board saw it as well. 

The sighting comes just a few weeks after a man was killed by a great white in the water a bit farther south, off Solano Beach in San Diego County.
