INGLEWOOD, Calif. (CBS) ― A short pursuit Wednesday ended in a collision in Athens and with the transportation of one person to a local hospital.
The chase started just before 8:15 a.m. near the 105 Freeway and Crenshaw, according to authorities. It was unclear what the suspects has been wanted for.
The pursuit ended in some type of collision just east of the starting locating at the 105 Freeway and Vermont and two suspects reportedly fled the scene on foot.
According to the Los Angeles City Fire Department, one person, who was on 117th and Vermont, was transported to a local hospital.
No other information was immediately available.
