Katie Clark got into radio when she was 17 years old. She has been working at KNX 1070 since October 2003 . In that time, she has reported traffic from the studio, as well as with a bird's eye view from the airplanes/helicopters.
She dreams of becoming a pilot sometime in the future. Her first flight was from her pilot Dad, who took her flying in a Cessna at the ageof 3. She has had a love of flying ever since.
Katie is a native of California, born in San Francisco and raised in Portland, Oregon. She enjoys the being in the outdoors, whether hiking, skiing or flying. She has also travelled extensively, visiting Europe, Costa Rica, and China among other countries.
