LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO)  -- Police are searching for the gunman who carried out a brazen attack in broad daylight on Hollywood Boulevard, in which a middle aged business owner was shot when he confronted two taggers.

Arvin Ghazalian, 18, of Tujunga, is accused of shooting the man at around 1 p.m. June 25th on the 5000 block of Hollywood Boulevard. Police say Ghazalian is a gang member who should be considered armed and dangerous.

Ghazalian's 16-year-old brother was charged on Tuesday as an accomplice. He is being prosecuted as an adult.
