LAPD Chief Bill Bratton is denying a newspaper report that he'll be advising London's mayor on crime prevention. 

However, Bratton says he's willing to do that if he is asked. 

The London Daily Mail claimed this week that Bratton would be giving advice on how to prevent serious crime by having "zero tolerance" for graffiti and other minor lawbreaking. Bratton says he hasn't had any conversations with the mayor about that ... or anything else.
