LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO) -- Little Santa Monica Boulevard could turn into Will Rogers Boulevard...or maybe it could be named for some other movie star with ties to Beverly Hills. The Beverly Hills City Council will be discussing the idea today - thinking about re-naming some of the city's streets.
By the way, a book about the city says Peck Drive is not named for actor Gregory Peck...but for CL Peck, who's building was at the city's center long ago. And Arnaz Drive is not named for Desi Arnaz...but for Don Jose de Arnaz...who owned property in the area.
